I’ll tell you where they were taken and maybe add a little story above each picture or set of pictures. I’m not going to sort them out so it’ll just be random postings. Mainly because I’m having to get a lot of them from stored computer disks.
You will be able to enlarge each picture by clicking on it. Sometimes I might add a link to a state or national park. If I do the link will be active so just click on it if you want to visit their site.
In almost all cases I'm not going to describe what's depicted in the pictures because I'm not now or ever been a student of Botany. I just like the beauty of things.
This is the 8th posting in this blog.
While waiting for a horse and buggy ride at Charleston, SC I spotted these hanging flowers. I asked the counter person if she knew their name and she said; “they are called Fox Gloves“.
We found this Date Palm Tree farm while driving south on CA-78 along side of the Colorado River not far south of Palo Verde, CA.
I’m going to start this post off with some pictures taken during a visit to Niagara Falls at the Top of the Falls Restaurant (American side) and the grounds thereabout.
This set of pictures was taken while parked at the Apple Island RV Resort, South Hero, VT. There was a 9 hole golf course at the Resort and the first two were taken at the golf shack. The others were taken elsewhere on the property. .

This Christmas tree was made from stacking poinsettia plants. It was in front of a hotel at La Jolla, CA - town center. The wide angle was taken at a lookout platform at the waterfront. There is always some crazy people in that cold Pacific water.
