On this portion of our travels Linda’s sister and her husband joined us for a couple of weeks as we were going to stop for a week or so in Branson, MO.
We had come south on I-135 out of Salina so we could connect up with US-54. Coming out of Wichita on KS-254 we spotted the Benton Antique Mall. Couldn’t miss it because of all the old cars parked all around it and in the parking lot. We spent 3 or 4 hours looking around and having lunch there. When we left we had to find a place to spend the night because it would soon get dark. We found one just a short drive east in El Dorado.
If you like antique shopping and looking at old cars you will enjoy some of these pictures. Out back they had two restoration bays and one at the far end of the inside mall area where their show cars were located.
