During a two week stay at Mill Creek Campground at Mackinaw City we made numerous side trips. This is about the one to Mackinac Island.

This is the third installment in this series of adventures.

Our day started with a high speed boat ride out to the island in one of Shepler’s ferry boats like the one below.
Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the island. You can rent bikes, take a horse and buggy tour of some sort or hoof it. We took a buggy tour to then hoofed to the major shopping areas. During this trip Linda's sister and her husband were with us.
